Membership Levels:

GDX offers four levels of membership:
1. Observer: Free of charge
– Members at the Observer Level are free to join on GDX Conference Calls (and be part of discussions and other observations).
2. Standard Member: $20,000 USD per year, which can be paid every 6 months
3. Founding Member: $50,000 USD up to $ 100,000 USD per year
4. Association Membership: No cost for this.

**************This will be for organizations that have alignment with our goals, and with whom it may make sense to work or collaborate with. Any organization can join provided that they pay the fees listed above. Thus, if a company that agrees with our vision wants to support us, they can join us as a member or a founding member.

          GDX Alliance Members will benefit from increased name recognition, scaled synergies by being a part of a growing entity. Furthermore GDX is able to facilitate the licensure of an entity within one or more than one of the 260+ Free Trade Zones which exist across the globe.
